My love for yoga and decade of experience in marketing led me, professionally, to the Wellness industry. After years of working for both in-house Advertising and Creative Services departments for TJX Companies, I left the corporate world in 2016 to pursue other opportunities.
In addition to being a trauma-informed yoga instructor, I’ve spent the last 6+ years as a self- employed marketing consultant, yoga studio manager and co-owner.
Most recently I started a 501(c)3 not for profit, Warrior Within Yoga Project Inc, which blends my entrepreneurial and business experience with my passion of bringing yoga to the veteran and first responder community.
